General

There is a termination fee associated with breaking your lease as well as other stipulations. Please contact the leasing team for more information.

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on any short-term rental platforms.

Unfortunately, we are unable to rent out the clubhouse or pool area. Residents are limited to 2 guests per apartment in the amenity areas.

We are a Breathe Easy apartment community. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the apartment. Smoking includes vapes, e-cigs, cigarettes, cigars, hookah or anything of the sort. We do not have a designated smoking area.

Amenities

Yes, all of our apartment homes come fully equipped with all appliances.

Yes, we have 8 EV chargers throughout our community.

Yes, we have garages available for rent. Contact our leasing team for more details.

We have two buildings with elevators, buildings 4000 and 5000.

Our apartment homes feature electric glass top stoves.

Application fee is $100/per person, Administrative fee is $175/per household.

You will need a government issued ID & proof of income (i.e. paystubs, bank statements or tax transcripts. Income is verified via TwoDots.) Anyone over the age of 18 is required to be a lease holder. 

The rent amount displayed on the website is just the rent. We do have some utilities that will be charged with your rent on the 1st of every month that include an amenity fee, water usage, valet trash, and pest control.

Yes,  you are required to set up electric in your name, as well as renter's insurnace. Internet/Cable is set up on your own but not required*

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Late fees are applied on the 4th of every month - $250 late fee.
